CF 72…Waverly 58

On a wet and raining evening in Waverly, our girls team improved to 3-1 on the season, and have now won 20 of their last 21 Dual Meets with their 72 to 58 victory over the Wolverines. 

Lauren Paske won the Discus, Shot Put, and Triple Jump, while Kara Condon won the 100, 200, and Long Jump.  Jamie Prince won the 400 Hurdles and finished second in both the Long Jump and the 100 Hurdles.  CeCi Kasmarcik came from 100 meters behind to get the victory in a thrilling 4 by 800 Meter Relay and then came out and won the Open 800 Meter Run! 

Alyx Clutz, Kendell Little, and Mari Pourby teamed with CeCi to win that 3200 Meter Relay, with Kendell and Mari each earning a second-place finish in the 3000 and 400 respectfully.  Fiona Brennan also placed in two events: second in the Triple Jump and third in the 3000 Meter Run.
