Senior Night Recap and End of Season Information

The end of the season is approaching for the Forks Harriers.  This past week we competed at the STAC Championship and then back to Owego for Senior Night.  Congrats Ethan and Jonah on their final regular season meets! On another exciting note Clara is now state ranked on www.tullyrunners.com! I want to thank our parents for the unbelievable support you have provided all year to your kids, all of our athletes and coaches, and our program in general! 

Here are details for our end of season events.  For people reading the hard copy, this information is also on the website to easier access the links.  There is a banquet sign up sheet for people who want to contribute an item.  If you want to bring something that is not on the list just let me know.  We will be getting baked ziti with meat and plain pizza from red and white. There will be a 5 dollar charge for the non athletes.

Sectionals is during the day on Thursday November 7th.  Parking will be at the swim area at state park and the course is on the golf course.  This will require a short walk to the course or there will be a shuttle.  We are encouraging all athletes to stay for the awards at 1:00 to be there for any of our athletes being recognized.  After that, athletes are free to sign out with parents or ride back to the school on the bus.  Tickets for sectionals must be purchased online and you need one per car.

Course Preview Tuesday November 5th 

Bus 2:45 for practice @ state park to preview sectional course

Banquet: Tuesday November 5th at 5:30.  Location will be at the Great Hall at State Park. This is the building by the swim area.

Thursday November 7th @ Chenango Valley State Park (Sectionals)

9:45 AM- Bus

11:30 AM- Varsity Girls

12:30 PM- Varsity Boys

1:00 PM- Awards
