Despite the Throwers sweeping their events, ours girls came up short against Division rival Owego at home on Tuesday night’s Dual Meet.  Returning Class C Discus Campion Lauren Paske won the Shot and Discus, while newcomer Emily Johnson earned her first career points placing second in each throw.  Kendall Little won the 1500 Meter Run and Jamie Prince earned her first Varsity points by winning the 100 Meter Hurdles. 

Kara Condon finished second in both the 100 Meter and the 200 Meter Dash, Mari Pourby also finished second in the 400, and Eighth Grader Cece Kasmarcik placed second in the 800 (and earned her first Varsity points).  Ayla Lawrence, Jillian Howell, and Fiona Brennan rounded out our scoring.  Next week is Senior Night against Seton.  Our Senior Night festivities start at 4:30 while the Meet starts at 5:00.
